Biography
TBC is founded and managed by Frank Li, a Shanghai born native, raised and educated in Australia. With over two decades of life experience in Sydney, Australia, Frank's unique disposition in understanding the Chinese culture, the western working philosophy, puts him in the unique position of being the ideal link between China and Australia.
His decade-long achievements in the Australian private sector honed his insight into customers' needs and best practise business practises.
Frank is able to converse in fluent English, Mandarin (the national language of China) and Shanghai dialect.
Frank holds an Honours degree in Engineering from the UNSW, Australia and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
